When antagonism is stuck in your heart, you stuck it there. You are responsible for your own. That may not seem right to you, but that is how it is. You are responsible for yourself. You are the chooser of your own antagonism.
To know this is a very freeing thing. That you are responsible means that you can do something about it. You are not helpless. You are not a victim, or, if you are a victim, you are a victim of your own chicanery. You are the culprit.
When you feel happiness, you deliver it to yourself. You are the one who blesses yourself with happiness.
Outside does not exist. Inside you, everything exists.
Knowing this, you have a beautiful opportunity to change what you may see as fate. You are your own Fairy Godmother or otherwise.
To proclaim yourself innocent in all situations is to cast off your own freedom and sense of self. You are not a pawn in life. If it seems that way, then you are your own pawn.
You are self-fulfilling. You are self-authorizing. You are self-activating. You are self-motivating. You are self-belittling or self-realizing.
You have the inborn ability to turn your life upside down. You have the inborn ability to turn the world upside down, or, rather, to turn the world right side up.
You are like a boat moored somewhere. Unlike a boat, you can change your moorings, beloveds. You can transform your life in the world. We can say that you have made your bed. We can further say that you don’t have to lie in it. You can change the bed you made.
You are very powerful. You have convinced yourself of many things. You can change your convictions. You can choose new convictions, or no convictions, and a new life. If you want a new life, make it happen. Don’t wait for it to happen. Convey new thoughts to yourself. Make your life a different ballgame. You do not have to be inbred with old thinking. Revise your thinking. If you want to revamp your life, revamp how you look at yourself and how you look at the world. When you change, everything changes with you.
If your thoughts have made you ill, your thoughts can make you well.
If your thoughts make you fearful, your thoughts can make you fearless.
When it comes to thoughts, you can have any thoughts you want.
If you want new horizons in your life, sing a different tune.
Your thoughts and patterns of thought can be anything you want, for you choose your thoughts. If you can choose them, you can unchoose them as well.
You can even change your heredity. In the blink of an eye, you can change your heredity.
There is nothing you have to hold onto. Not the past, not even the present, and not the future.
There is a beautiful world before you, and it is of your making. You can make your life whatever you want.
Just the way you grow out of old clothes, you are fully capable of growing out of old thinking. Because a thought was thought once doesn’t mean it belongs to you and that you must maintain it.
Go up into the attic of your mind and toss out a lot of what has accumulated there. Clean out your mind of what you are better off without. You do not want to block the chi in your mind. Clean out the closet of your mind. Make room for new. Create a vacuum. Bring in flowering thoughts.
Consider your mind a garden of thoughts. What kind of garden do you want? Plant that garden. This is the spring of your life.
